Church Network

The Christian Centre is part of the Assemblies of God (AOG) denomination in the UK, which is a network of around 600 Pentecostal churches.

Within Nottingham, the Christian Centre is part of what we call the City Church. This is a group of five churches based around the city (Arnold, Carlton, the City Centre, Clifton, Stapleford and West Bridgford) with common values and shared resources. We have a vision to be one church in many locations.

Breakthrough is principally a network founded on relationship. It provides a forum for leaders to share fellowship, gifts and experiences with each other. The Christian Centre, through David Shearman and John Pettifor provides care and guidance to the individual Church Leaders and equips them and their leadership teams.

Breakthrough is further served through conferences, relational days together and training programmes. Together we release a Godly resource that results in growing churches.
