For Women

Beloved is our ministry for women. Every quarter there’s a chance to gather together for an evening. There are also a number of ad-hoc events such as breakfasts and conferences.

The aim of Beloved is to see a company of women who do LIFE together (Laughter, Inspiration, Fellowship and Encouragement).

We also run monthly a group called Woman2Woman which meets on a Friday morning at the Christian Centre. The group provides an opportunity to build relationships over coffee and cake and also receive spiritual input. Activities are available for 0 to 4’s as part of Woman2Woman so mums can bring their little ones.

The Next Beloved Event will be on Saturday 25th February at the Christian Centre.

Saturday 25th February 11am-3pm sees our first Beloved event for 2012. This is a popular gathering that invites different women from the congregation to bring their life's experiences, learning and encouragements to a wider audience. 'For Such a Time' is the key preaching theme followed by seminars looking at 'Teen Challenge', life 'Transitions' and issues surrounding 'Self-Esteem' through the lens of a biblical perspective. The choice is given to attend two out of the three seminars with some time built in for any questions.

Finally the £5 ticket price includes tea and coffee, a light lunch followed by home-made cake! All you have to do is buy your ticket which is available in all three services for the next two Sundays. Having done that, come then and be ready to worship, receive and be encouraged. Where else offers all of that on a Saturday afternoon?
